Founded in 2013, the festival promotes traditional hand-embroidered blouses and supports the craftsmen who carefully preserve this tradition. The event is organized on the banks of the Nistru River and gathers artisans who display handmade objects, chefs who cook traditional recipes, musicians and dancers all in the Holercani village stadium.

Are you interested in crafts and traditions? Pottery is one of the archaic crafts of the cultural traditions of Moldova. One of the most valuable potters in Moldova lives in the village of Hoginești. Vasilii Gonceari inherited pottery from his ancestors. Here visitors can buy pots, souvenirs and household items. Children can try the potter's trade in workshops. Purcari Wine Run is a unique trail race in Moldova, which takes place in the grounds of the Chateau Purcari winery. Here you can find beautiful landscapes and bountiful vineyards. Along the running route, there are rest areas every 2 km. Each stop bears the name of the most famous wine varieties: Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Rose, where runners can enjoy fruit, hydrate with water and of course taste wine of different varieties.

Cricova’s MUST Fest celebrates the glory of the Moldovan grape harvest season. Festival visitors can travel through the famous underground cellars, a paradise of red, white, dry and sparkling wines. The streets of the underground cellars are marked by wine varieties, where you can take a stroll on the Legenda Plaiului street. While underground you’ll enjoy live music, artistic representations and film screenings.

Looking for a fall food festival? Bostaniada is an ethno-gastronomic festival, held annually on the last Sunday of September. The festival celebrates the pumpkin harvest and all that it brings. Different competitions are organized to honor diverse pumpkins from the strangest, the biggest, to the smallest and many others. At the festival, you can find a wide range of local products: vegetables, fruits, tools, articles of wood, textiles, clothing and other crafts.

The Chisinau International Marathon gathers over 17,000 people annually from 50 countries around the world. Those interested will participate in several stages of the marathon, and at the finish line all participants are waiting for a participation medal, and the winners - valuable prizes.
